I offer Integrative Humanistic Counselling. 
I work collaboratively with you drawing upon different approach's to tailor the session to your individual needs.
 
Life has many challenges and our reasons for coming to counselling can be for a number reasons, you may feel stuck, it may now be the time to work through a past trauma or present difficulties that are causing life to feel overwhelming.

At times it may be helpful to talk to someone to help make sense of what is going on and to find a way forward. The changes and connections that people make enabling them to move forward within the counselling process comes from the relationship that we build together creating a safe and confidential space. 
 

I have extensive experience with both Adults  & Adolescents !

ADULTS

I have worked ​with a variety of presenting issues: substance misuse, disability, staff counselling, cancer patients and there significant others. I have training and experience working with trauma and sexualised trauma.  I have worked with many other areas and reasons for people attending counselling with me.

 ADOLESCENTS

I have extensive experience and training, working with young people from the age of 13 upwards's. In an educational setting, and for Sussex central YMCA, and in private practice.
